Refund policy

Orders placed through this checkout are for products that ship directly from the brand that makes them, on behalf of Timberlodge Parlor.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is at your cost unless the mistake was ours. Opened personal care products cannot be returned.
